Submission Requirements
| Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high quality manuscripts of up to twelve (12) A4-pages electronically including title, authors' names, authors' affiliations, and references. The submission must conform to the format you can find below. | |
| Full paper regular registration includes 6 pages' publication, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages will be charged 70 USD/one. | |
| The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted and published elsewhere | |
| At least one registration is required per accepted paper/abstract, and the paper/abstract must be presented by one author if accepted. |

Reviewing Procedure
Submitted manuscripts will conduct an initial screening by plagiarism checker.
Full papers will be peer-reviewed by technical committee, and accepted ones will be published into the conference proceedings, it will be online and indexed. Authors choosing this option have to submit the full paper.
Submission and peer review will be conducted in English.
Onely papers where there is clear support from the reviewers can be accepted.
